Guest Fees
Members are required to register and pay for their guest(s) at the Front Desk prior to play. Guest Fees are $12.00 per guest.
Usage Fees
Usage fees are paid by Leisure and Social Members. The fee is $ 4.00 per person per visit.
Court Reservation Policy
Members may reserve a court up to 4 days in advance for match play. For groups and/or leagues, members may reserve a court up to one week in advance.
Court Reservation Policy for League Play
League teams must turn in their schedule prior to the start of the season in order for the courts to be assigned. A home team will be allotted four outdoor courts to use for their scheduled match time. A QVCC team may reserve only 2 indoor courts if the weather is forecasted to be inclement. In the case of a match being halted due to inclement weather, a home team may use 2 indoor courts if they are available. If there is no other QVCC team playing on that day and if the courts are not being used by members for the duration of the match, then the team may use 4 courts to complete their matches in a timely manner.
Dress Code
Tennis attire must be worn on the courts at all times. Proper tennis shoes and shirts are required. No dark soled shoes, cut-offs or blue jeans are allowed.
Tennis Etiquette
- Proper tennis etiquette starts with respecting the staff, the members, their guests and the facilities. The following rules will be followed:
- Please remain quiet while watching a match being played.
- Please keep your children from running around the facility.
- Please respect others by using appropriate language.
- Please do not walk on and/or around a court that is in use. Wait until the point is over, and then ask if you may cross their court. If one of your balls rolls over into the next court while a match is in progress, please wait until the point is finished before retrieving the ball.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be purchased at the Tennis Center or at the Main Club. They may be used for tennis lessons, merchandise, stringing, or any other items available at the club.
New Members
If you are a new member and are looking for a game, please call the Tennis Center and ask for Craig and he will be glad to set up a match with a member of comparable skills. A list of all tennis activities with names and telephone numbers of the members conducting such activities is posted on the Association bulletin board and a copy can be obtained from the front desk.
